Mission
To preserve and raise awareness of the rapidly disappearing cultures of Hong Kong overseas using immersive technology and AI-powered tools. Additionally, the museum shall be dedicated to interpreting the histories of Hong Kong with the collaboration of a network of scholars and historians. The XR Museum shall achieve its mission by providing educational exhibits, immersive experiences, and cultural preservation initiatives aimed at fostering an understanding of Hong Kong’s rich and unique cultural heritage and its connection to the global community.

Hong Kong Americans diaspora is a subject that has not been well explored, through connecting academia, HKXRM will encourage the study of Hong Kong history and its impact to the world

Join a local Hong Konger group in your city
There are local Hong Konger social groups in almost every major city in the world. Make new Hong Kong friends and practice the tradition of HK culture by joining the local HKer groups of your city
Follow our social media for new XR exhibits
There are many intriguing Hong Kong cultures we have yet explored. We will continue to create new AR exhibits and host virtual events in themed VR spaces (Imagine chitchatting with your fellow HKers at a virtual Mah Jong parlor in Mong Kok)
Subscribe to our membership program
The average time to produce an immersive (AR/VR) exhibit is 4 weeks to months. Our team is currently running on a voluntary basis. In order to make this project sustainable, your monetary support will help tremendously in hiring paid staff and upgrading our softwares. All proceeds after necessary expenses will be donated to help other humanitarian Hong Kong groups in assisting new immigrants and Hong Kongers in need.
